BGA Supporters
There are many people and organizations that support the Baltimore Golf Academy in so many different ways.  Some donate time, others give equipment, money or prizes.  This support helps us reach more people who want to learn, have fun and play golf!  We are very grateful for everything they do and want to acknowledge them here.

Many thanks to McCormick & Company for their ongoing support of our Junior Girls Golf program.

Mike Miguel and Dereck Schoch (aka Megan and Addison's dads) have donated countless hours coaching and helping many of our junior golfers.  Both are local high school golf coaches and we are lucky to have them be a part of our program.

Jean Tate is undoubtedly the most loyal volunteer coach who helps out with the LPGA*USGA Junior Girls Golf Program at Pine Ridge.  Jean shows up weekly and takes on any request for help with a smile and a willingness that is rarely duplicated. Her work with individual girls and small groups of young golfers makes our Junior Girls Golf program fun and productive for the girls. Her committment and energy have played an important role in the continued growth and success of the program. In addition to sharing her time so willingly, Jean has donated equipment, teaching aids and prizes to  BGA.  Some of these are pictured at the right.  Thank you Jean, you are one in a million!

Lynda Slyder and Dr. J. Ellen Eason made a generous donation for our Junior Girls Golf "Spirit of the Game Award".  They also keep Coach J's spirits up all season long through their wisdom and kindness.

The Executive Women's Golf Association (EWGA) at Pine Ridge faithfully lends support to the Baltimore Golf Academy.  We are grateful for the collective efforts of the group and for the  additional generosity of some of its individual members.

EWGA Baltimore Regional Chapter President Chris McMahon, donated the "like new" PING G20 3 Wood and the putter pictured to the right.  Club donations make it possible for juniors and others to have good equipment to use as their own. This builds confidence in their abilities and makes immeasurable difference in their overall enjoyment of the game and commitment to improving their skills.
Liz Mengel kicked off the season for us by donating 2 bags filled with fantastic new golf items that BGA used as prizes all year long.  Narda Terry donated over 2 full sets of clubs for our girls!   We split up the clubs so 4 girls benefited from this donation. Sets of clubs have also been donated by:
Robert Baron,  The Piparo Family,  and many others.

Janet Raffetto and Peggy Hardin donated these awesome shoe bags and accessories!
