BALTIMORE GOLF ACADEMY CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING POLICY

Beginning August 1, 2022 a 5% processing fee will be deducted from all refunds and a $25 rescheduling fee will apply to adult classes once your class has begun.

Students who cancel or reschedule a clinic, class or camp will receive a credit or refund only if Baltimore Golf Academy Staff is notified of the change via email or text timed in accordance with the Notification Schedule below. Your written notification must include your name, what appointment you will miss, your contact information and whether you prefer a credit or a refund.

Junior Clinics - Notification of cancellation or rescheduling must be received no less than 24 hours before the start time of the Clinic.

Junior Camps - Notification of cancellation or rescheduling must be received no less than 7 days before the start time of the Camp. Please note: If you must cancel inside the 7 day cancellation window and we are able to fill your Junior’s spot, we will issue a credit or refund your payment.

Adult Classes - Adult Classes consist of 4 hours of instruction offered in either 4 1-hour Sessions or 2 2-hour Sessions. Notification of cancellation or rescheduling of a Class must be received no less than 48 hours before the start time of the Class. Please note: If a change in your schedule causes you to miss any of the Sessions of the Class for which you registered, Baltimore Golf Academy will do its best to find a make up option for you but cannot guarantee that a make-up opportunity will be available. No refunds or credits will be issued for missed Adult Class Sessions.

Private Lessons - If you must cancel a private lesson, please contact your Instructor directly no less than 24 hours before the start time of your appointment.

Allowances will be made for sudden illness or family emergencies.
