🏆 Gold Scholarship ($2,500-$5,000) – For outstanding junior coaches who demonstrate exceptional leadership and mentorship.
🥈 Silver Scholarship ($1,000-$2,500) – For high-performing junior coaches excelling in leadership and professional development.
🥉 Bronze Scholarship ($500-$1,000) – Support for junior coaches working toward their certification levels.

💰 Annual Fundraising Goal: $15,000 - $50,000
Funds will support scholarships, leadership workshops, mentorship programs, and professional training.
